We're a full-service AI video production studio. But, we are also led by a team of film, TV and documentary veterans with over 30 years of experience in traditional media. So we bring both worlds together.

We create AI avatars, AI podcasts, and short-form video content — and we integrate all of that with broadcast-quality production. Think training videos, onboarding content, leadership communications, explainers — all produced with the craft and storytelling you'd expect from a professional film and TV team.

We're not just generating content. We're telling stories — and using AI to scale them.

We work super closely with every client.

We start with research and discovery, then move into scripting and character development. From there we handle all the production — including image direction, motion, and editing — and we bring you in for review before anything is final.

Our team comes from film, TV, and documentary — HBO, Hulu, NBC, and more — so we apply that same rigor and craft to every project, no matter the size.

You're never handed off to a tool. You're working with a production team that wants to ensure your project is successful.

What are the first steps? It’s simple — book a discovery call.

We'll spend some time getting to know your business, your goals, and the communication challenges you're trying to solve. No pressure, no pitch — just a real conversation about whether we're the right fit.

You can book directly at meetkaizen.ai. We'd love to hear what you're working on.

There’s honestly a lot of ideal business use cases for AI video, but it’s also not ideal for everything. The ones we see make the biggest impact are employee training and onboarding, compliance, leadership communications, explainers, client support and coaching content. Those are the areas where companies have a real need to communicate clearly and consistently, and at scale.

We also produce a lot of educational content and AI podcasts for thought leadership and brand building.

If you have a message or several messages that need to reach a lot of people, need to land, and you can foresee updates every now and again — AI video is an effective tool.

Cost really depends on the scope of the project — and we never want to give you a number before we understand what you actually need.

For new clients, we typically start with a pilot — usually one or two videos — so you can see the quality and the process before committing to anything bigger. From there, most clients move into a retainer relationship as we build together.

We also do one-off projects. So whatever stage you're at, there's a path in.

What’s the difference between a digital twin, virtual human, and live avatar? Great question. They're actually three different things.

A digital twin is a replica of a real person — like a CEO or subject matter expert — so they can appear on screen without being on set every time.

A virtual human is a fully synthetic persona — not based on any real individual — created entirely from scratch.

And a live avatar is an AI-powered version of a person that responds in real time — perfect for interactive experiences.

Each one has its own use case, and we help you figure out which is right for you.
